The design itself has many points worth mentioning, and we have spent a lot of thought on this project. Small houses have to be designed carefully, because the place is so small. The stairs divide the second floor into two rooms, one on the left and one on the right. The stairway forms a buffer area between the two rooms, making the two rooms more private, and the triangle area on the upper part of the stairs is not wasted. All are designed with storage. Because of the limitation of floor height, the location of the air conditioner must be carefully considered. We put the air conditioner on the first floor above the piano, and the air conditioner in the room was able to form a floating window sill on the floor. This is the best solution we can think of. Of course, all of this is calculated. There are a lot of customized wood products in the whole room, no need to purchase other large pieces of furniture. The whole design is also based on satisfying functions and solving problems, and there is nothing deliberately added for decoration. Solving practical problems while injecting life aesthetics is the design criterion we have always adhered to. ​Our work, life, and the city we live in may not be perfect, but this does not prevent us from designing a warm home.
